Return Policy
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the personal nature of our Eau de Parfum products, we cannot accept returns for any opened or used items.

Refund Policy
Damage After Delivery: We are not liable for any damage that occurs after the product has been delivered.
Unboxing Evidence: To process a refund for missing items, damage, or incorrect items, an unboxing video that includes the original packaging is required.

Tampered Packages: If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged, please reject the delivery and inform our customer care team immediately.
Unreceived Orders: If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, report it to us within 3 days of the delivery notification. Refund requests will not be entertained after this period.
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are handled by our delivery partners.
Refund Timeline: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed within 4-7 working days to your bank account. Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 15 days from the approval of the refund claim.
Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. A cancellation fee of 2.5% of the order value will be charged.
Refund for Cancellations: Refunds for pre-paid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation approval.
After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If a pre-paid order is returned to us, a fee of ₹75 will be deducted from the refund amount.
